At Glebe Farm, our nurse-led specialist services prioritise individualised adult care support. Our unique approach includes employing chefs to support meal preparation and offering choices in daily meals. Kitchens are fully equipped for people to cook with staff support, promoting independence.
The people we support enjoy three main meals plus snacks daily, accommodating individual dietary needs. Meal times are vibrant, encouraging participation. We provide packed lunches for community outings to encourage inclusion. Our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels valued and engaged in daily life.
