At our specialist care home, meals are a collaborative experience, with people often taking the lead in cooking with varying levels of support. We prioritise individual choice, offering flexible menus tailored to preferences and dietary needs and fostering a lively and inclusive dining environment.
Cleanliness and food safety are key, with all staff trained to high standards. Meal times are a highlight, offering three main meals and snacks daily. People are empowered to make choices, making sure they enjoy and are satisfied with every meal.
For community outings, we provide packed lunches or support for dining out, promoting inclusion and social engagement. We aim to create a vibrant atmosphere where the people we support feel valued and supported in all aspects of daily life.

Our specialist care home, Cypress House, which offers learning disability care in Lowestoft, was chosen with the people we would be supporting’ needs in mind, providing easy access to local amenities and community integration. Situated near The Laurels, it offers privacy while blending seamlessly into the local community, encouraging a sense of belonging and independence.
We prioritise peoples independence, offering support for travel arrangements and access to transportation services. Whether using our provided vehicles or their own, the people that we support can explore the community and enjoy nearby attractions, promoting inclusion and social engagement.
