Our History
With a legacy of over two decades in pioneering quality adult care services, Kingsley Specialist Services has continually evolved to meet the diverse needs of the people we support. We’re rooted in a mission to provide bespoke support for diverse needs, including autism, epilepsy, and profound multiple learning disabilities.
At Kingsley, our core values of security, friendship, professionalism, family, and independence ensure every person supported feels valued and respected. We prioritise the needs of everyone, making sure we offer 24-hour visiting, flexible mealtimes, and open communication with loved ones through regular newsletters.
Our Person-Centred Approach
Our approach revolves around listening, understanding, and respecting individuality. Through person-centred care, we tailor support to each individual's preferences, promoting dignity and autonomy while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.
From personalised adult care support plans tailored to individual preferences to organising engaging activities which encourage social interaction and personal growth, our friendly and caring team goes above and beyond to create a nurturing atmosphere where people feel valued, supported, encouraged and empowered.
